Many people wish to share in some way in the life and work of the Community, and we are grateful to all who support C.H.N. with their interest, their gifts, their time and their prayer.

The Order of Oblates, C.H.N., are men and women who, while living at home, and following their normal way of life, know themselves called to dedicate themselves to a life of prayer in association with C.H.N.

Their Rule of Life includes a commitment to the spirit of poverty, chastity, and obedience, adapted according to the situation of each member. This commitment is made with life intention, and is renewed annually.

Priests Associate undertake to pray regularly for the Community, to make the life and work of C.H.N. known, and to encourage interest in Religious Life.

Lay Associates keep a simple Rule, which includes praying for the Community, and - where possible - helping the work of the Community in practical ways.

The Associates and Oblates keep in touch with one another, and with the Community, through regular Quiet Days, retreats, and meetings. They also subscribe to the C.H.N. Associates’ or Oblates’ newsletter.
